Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory is a DOE National Laboratory that grew out of a Cold War Era experiment in 1961. The lab mainly focuses on research concerning Plasma Physics and Nuclear Fusion. The main topic for this presentation is their National Spherical Torus Experiment which is a innovative Magnetic Confinement Fusion device which utilizes a spherical torus design instead of the traditional Toroid design.
